中信证券：对8月信贷修复节奏与效果，可以再乐观一些

8月17日，中信证券指出，7月金融数据整体表现较弱，8月15日央行正式降息，刺激信贷稳增长的意图十分明显。如果将当前疲弱的信贷视作需要“治疗”的问题，那么超预期降息有望带来的LPR下调将会是信贷问题的“速效药”。从历史经验来看，LPR下调和政策指导往往对信贷市场有“立竿见影”的效果，因此对于8月的信贷修复的节奏与效果，或许我们可以再乐观一些。
